This chair is solid walnut and was made by hand by in the late 50's. The quality is obvious and to say that its a great example of mid-century American craftsmanship would be selling it short. The chair's design is distinguished by its sculptural form: a gracefully bowed and curved backrest that seamlessly transitions into armrests, all supported by elegantly splayed legs. The legs are reinforced with walnut bracing, ensuring both stability and visual appeal.
Having been around for almost 70 years, it still looks fresh. The seat is upholstered in natural lambskin, adding a touch of luxurious texture and comfort. This chair's versatile design makes it suitable for use as a guest chair, a dining chair, or an accent piece in a living room or bedroom.
